The Oulu Artists Association is organizing an application clinic for the ARToulu international open call on the 4th and 5th of November 2024. The clinic is an opportunity to discuss the form and procedures for application proposals. It is not a place to develop artistic projects, but it is possible to discuss and review the the best ways to present ideas. Clinic appointments are 20 minutes long and can be arranged as an on-line or in-person meeting in Oulu. Appointments can be made free of charge, for the application starting on the 21st of November, at the email address [email protected].

Appointments for the clinic are available on Monday and Tuesday, the 4th and 5th of November, between 10am and 12pm, and between 13pm to 14pm. Time Slots will be booked in order of request. When signing up, please include your availability and preferred times. Registration closes on November 1st if all the time slots have not been filled before then. We will update our available appointment time slots on this page.  Please bring a draft of your application with you to the clinic or if your meeting is on-line, send it beforehand by email. The language of the clinic will be in Finnish or English. The Application Clinic is offered by media artist and art consultant Leevi Lehtinen.
