Lähteen Silmä on ritualistinen mediateos, joka ammentaa perinteestämme uusiutua uhrilähteen äärellä. Lähde näyttäytyy väylänä ihmisen perimmäiseen luontoon ja uusiutumiseen. Uhri on ihmisen oma ajallinen itse. Teoksen materiaali on koottu Jaakko Aution ja Gillian Crabben/Akasaka matkasta Somerojan uhrilähteelle. Vesialtaassa väreilevä vesi ja kivi on samaisesta uhrilähteestä.

pulsing over earth stained pale,
seeping up, unsullied essence from the Great Earth,

Gently surging, vibrating water’s skin,
