Sini Talonen
Location → Mustansalmenpuisto, Hietasaari
The loose forms of the work rise from the soil and take root in the environment, as the vegetation wraps around the rest of the structures.
The large-scale work creates a space and a place where you can linger. You can go inside the highest dome but cannot rise on top of the work.
The artwork deals with change and invites us to look at itself and ourselves, as well as the space, the place and the environment. The work is a spatial and functional environmental artwork made of wood and plywood sheets, and built on location.
